Website and beta terms
Effective 20 September 2026. These terms apply to this informational website. Any external beta will be governed by an additional written agreement.
Authorized use only
NeonTinker LiveOps is intended for media and channels you own or are authorized to operate. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all content, platform and distribution rights. The product does not grant those rights.
Platform relationships
NeonTinker LiveOps is an independent product of Tianchen Anran Limited. References to third-party platforms describe interoperability only and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or ownership by those platforms. A participant using a YouTube integration must also comply with the YouTube Terms of Service.
Control over channel actions
Before the external beta, actions that create or bind a broadcast, change its visibility, start a live broadcast or delete a platform resource will identify the affected channel and action and require the authorized operator’s explicit confirmation. Automated recovery settings will be opt-in and channel scoped.
Prohibited conduct
- Using the service to access or distribute content without authorization.
- Attempting to bypass platform rules, security boundaries, quotas or access controls.
- Submitting malware, deceptive information or credentials belonging to another person.
- Interfering with the service or another customer’s systems.
Beta limitations
Beta features may change and may experience interruptions. Any beta access, support commitment, data processing terms, fees and liability allocation will be defined in a separate agreement before onboarding.
Intellectual property
The website, product software, design and documentation are owned by Tianchen Anran Limited or its licensors. Third-party services and open-source components remain subject to their respective terms.
Contact and governing terms
The verified company contact and the governing-law clause for external beta use will be published before beta onboarding. Nothing on this preview limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
