Revoke access and delete your data

This page explains the process that will apply to external NeonTinker LiveOps beta accounts and platform authorizations.

Public accounts are not yet available

No public customer accounts are currently created through this website. The process below will become active before the first external beta participant is onboarded.

1. Revoke platform access

You can revoke NeonTinker LiveOps from the connected platform’s security or third-party access settings. For Google and YouTube integrations, use your Google third-party access settings. Revocation prevents future authorized API access but does not by itself remove information already stored by NeonTinker LiveOps.

2. Send a deletion request

Use the verified business contact published on the official company domain. Include the organization name, connected channel identifier and an email address previously verified for that account. Never send passwords, stream keys or OAuth tokens.

3. Identity and scope confirmation

We will verify the requester’s authority, confirm whether the request covers one integration or the full account, and identify any records that must be retained for security or legal reasons.

4. Completion

After verified revocation, the corresponding YouTube OAuth token and YouTube-authorized data will be deleted within seven calendar days. Other eligible personal data will be deleted or irreversibly de-identified within 30 calendar days after a valid request and identity verification. We will confirm completion through the verified contact channel.

Operational records

Limited security, billing or incident records may be retained where required to meet legal obligations, prevent abuse or resolve disputes. They will not be used to continue the revoked platform integration.
