Current service boundary
This website does not offer public account registration, paid subscriptions or a public production dashboard. Beta participants will receive additional product-specific notices before any account or platform authorization is created.
Information we may receive
- Information you choose to send when requesting beta access or support, such as your name, business contact details and operational requirements.
- Basic security and delivery logs generated by the website host, such as request time, network address and browser information.
- If you later join the beta, configuration and authorization data required to provide the features you approve.
How information is used
We use information to respond to enquiries, assess private-beta fit, protect the website, provide approved product features and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
YouTube API Services and authorization
The planned beta uses YouTube API Services only to create, bind, manage and verify live broadcasts for channels explicitly authorized by the channel operator. NeonTinker LiveOps receives OAuth authorization tokens rather than your Google or YouTube password. The intended data set includes the authorized channel identifier and title, granted scopes, encrypted refresh token, and the identifiers and status of live streams and broadcasts needed to provide the approved feature. Access is limited to the permissions displayed during authorization. Use of YouTube API Services is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Retention and deletion
We retain enquiry and beta information only while needed for the purposes described above, security, dispute resolution or legal compliance. If YouTube authorization is revoked or can no longer be verified, the corresponding authorization token and YouTube-authorized data will be deleted within seven calendar days. Other eligible personal data will be deleted within 30 calendar days after a valid, verified request. See our data deletion page.
Service providers and international processing
We may use infrastructure, security, communications and hosting providers to operate the service. Information may be processed outside your location with safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable requirements.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete information associated with you, or withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis. Before external beta onboarding begins, the product will provide a visible way to revoke a connected integration and the verified business contact channel will be published on the official company domain.
Updates
We may update this notice as the private beta develops. The effective date above identifies the current version.
